Mindfulness & Meditation

I often teach my clients mindfulness and meditation practices that they can incorporate into their daily lives to help focus their minds, reduce stress, improve their mood, and enhance their overall sense of balance and well-being.  I’ve been meditating for about 15 years and it has become an essential part of my personal and professional development. While I don’t teach these practices to all of my clients, I have found that those that are willing to learn, benefit a great deal. They report feelings of calm and a significant improvement in managing difficult emotions such as anger, fear, and sadness. In addition, by cultivating a strong presence in the current moment, mindfulness meditation can boost self-compassion and self-esteem, enabling individuals to foster a more loving and accepting relationship with themselves and others.
